What Makes T.A.R.G. Different?
The Trials of Acheron RPG system does not have restrictive levels or classes. Instead, character creation is based on attributes, skills and prior careers - a realistic system of character building to create exciting multi-dimensional heroes for any medieval fantasy world.
The burden of rules for game-play are built into the character creation system, so that charts, tables and rule books are not needed during game-play, allowing for fast, fun, exciting and uninterrupted sessions... with a focus on ROLE-playing!
The few in-game rules are compiled on a two-page Mechanics Cheat Sheet for fast and easy reference, but they will quickly be learned and memorized, since most of the valuable playing information is built into the character creation process.
With five forms of magic available to all player characters, you can build any kind of character you can imagine - to the nine hells with restrictive classes!
